Is it really cheaper in the long run?

Here's a funny concept that Tim and I just realized today as it took me almost 2 hours to go grocery shopping. For those of you who do not know, I am a major bargain shopper. But I wonder how helpful it is with gas prices these days. There are 4-5 grocery stores that I go to in order to purchase the best prices. But today, I realized that the gas it takes to get to those places may equal out the products worth. However, it still makes me feel great when I pay less. So whatever the crazy reasoning may be, I think I'll continue with my bargaining.
