Happy Holidays to All

We went to the same place last year to get a christmas tree and Liam was with us then too...just inside mommy.

Looking at dada's stocking.

Helping take lids off Christmas boxes.

Happy Holidays from Santa and his two favorite reindeer.
Hanging our 2009 family ornament. (children will pick one out each year...but we did it this year for Liam).

Missing Dada!

Hey Dada...I miss you very much. I can't wait to see you on Saturday. I love to play with Aunt Ruth...she laughs with me. And I love Aunt Ruth's cats. Everyday I chase them and look for them around the house. I will miss them. Uncle Ed showed me how to play with cars today. And Calvin sleeps too much. He won't play with me but I love to look at him in Aunt Ruth's arms. I helped Aunt Ruth put Calvin in the car seat. We went to Forest Park and walked around. It was fun! I saw were you proposed to mommy. I crawled all over the rocks. Mommy showed me the difference between a small rock and the big boulders you popped the question on. The water was hard by the boulders.

Can't wait to hug your neck and play with you. Ooph! (Liam's language)

Happy 1st Birthday Sweet Liam!

video

This card was given to Liam from Noni...he loves the song. I also think he loves the music when he opens the card. Once the card starts singing, he gets so excited that he waves the card in the air...which means the song starts and stops a lot!

The song says, "123 Go. Happy bday, happy bday, la la la la..... Happy bday, it's your bday, la la la la la la..."

Birthday party photos and blog entry to come.

Playing in the snow

We woke up to a thin winter wonderland.

So we decided to go outside...silly mommy forgot to put his pants on before his boots.

Beautiful sky this morning at 8am. Wagon ride to the park.
Mommy made a mini snow man. It's survival rate was 3 sec.
Liam destroyed the snowman. Maybe he thought I was playing "snow" blocks with him.

These are some nature items we found on our Friday frolicking that Liam loves to play with...except with snow on them.
Notice the 3 snow balls. This was George, the 3 sec. snow man.

Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow!

video

Liam was more excited and amazed at first, but the snow was hitting him in the face. He'll learn because we are not staying inside all winter.

Thanksgiving in GA

~KENNEDY THANKSGIVING~ATLANTA, GA.
Tim hiked St. Mountain with Papa Padgett, Canon, Cooper, and Calvin on Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

View from the top. Wish Liam and I could have joined you...but his naps are important.

I visited DeAnna and Hazel before we headed down to Gray for family time with the Braggs. Congrats DeAnna...she is so beautiful. Sorry for interupting her feeding time for a photo.
Liam loved playing with these googles.

Canon playing with water bottles under the kitchen table (because that's where Liam crawled).

Kennedy boys and Uncle Tim

~BRAGG THANKSGIVING~GRAY,GA.

Liam was happy to see cousin Samuel.

Aunt Jaymi was eager to play with blocks too.

"Hey Samuel, which block do you need next?"

Cousin Kristen and Devin

Cousin Cameron riding in the wagon.

Family photo with the senior Orrs (Marialyce's in-laws).

Cousins playing a duet before bed.

Snuggles with Cameron.

Wagon ride before nap time.

Come on and join us!

We also celebrated many birthdays: cousin Kristen (Nov 23rd), Aunt Jaymi (Nov 24th), cousin Aurora (Nov 28th) and Liam's (Dec 9th). This was Liam's first sweet ice cream. I was hesitant so we got him Sorbet instead. The only candel my mom had were these huge leaf candles.
Our last traditional Thanksgiving photo before we got on the plane to head back to Chi-town. We had a great time with both families. We love you all!
