Pusedo Father's Day

Emmalee accidentally planned Father's Day a week early. We drove one hour up to Milwaukee and surprised Tim with a tour of the Miller Brewery. It was a huge factory and very commercial but we especially enjoyed the history dating back to 1855.

Disclaimer: Tim does not like this beer! But free tours of historical events are a highlight.

The house on the left of Tim is the building were it all started in 1855.

Emmalee was more amazed at the assembly line and Tim was more interested in tasting the different beers. If you don't know us well, this is typical of our temperaments.

We were able to walk into the original caves they built to store the barrels of beer. The photo below is inside the caves.

This is the hotel that people stayed and dinned.

The tour was over...now on to the next surprise...

We ate lunch at Water Street Brewery and Tim enjoyed a local beer, which is his preference.

Then we walked along the RiverWalk.

We both enjoyed the different architecture.

It was a fun day, Tim...love you! Happy Father's Day a week early. And Liam says, "Na,na,na, di,di,di, da,da,da.
